If you do not follow these rules, staff will give you instructions for improvement. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave regardless of the time of day. In that case, no refunds will be given for the usage fee. We may
also refuse you entry again.
This facility cannot be held responsible for any problems such as theft or accidents that occur within the facility. Please take good care of yourself.
We ask that only customers who understand and cooperate with the following terms and conditions make reservations and use our services. These terms and conditions will be updated from time to time based on customer feedback, so please check them each time you make a reservation.

[About entering cars and motorcycles]
Cars and motorcycles are not allowed on the free site. Please follow the rules below and operate carefully and responsibly.
- ・When moving your car on the premises, please flash your hazard lights and drive slowly.
- ・To prevent accidents, please do not enter or exit your vehicle before 9 a.m. or after sunset.
- ・If you plan to move your car after sunset, please let us know in advance.
- ・Please refrain from idling your car to protect the environment and the health of nearby users.
- ・We cannot be held responsible for any troubles that occur at the camp village.
[About user risks]
Our camp village is not a place where safety is guaranteed.
There are various risks such as accidents due to encounters with animals such as deer, accidents such as fallen trees due to strong winds, accidents due to gusts, lightning accidents, risk of loss of children, etc., accidents caused by automobiles, accidents in parking lots, and risk of theft. .
We accept reservations from those who agree to use the facility at their own risk while staying close to nature.
As the camp village manager, we are doing everything we can to prevent accidents, such as consideration, maintenance, and explanations, but we believe that with the understanding and consideration of our users, we can have a safe and enjoyable time. . If you do not agree and sympathize with the above, you will not be able to use our services, so we ask for your understanding and understanding in advance.
[About what to do in case of bad weather]
We will be open even on rainy days. However, this does not apply if the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a warning or emergency warning level or higher for the area including Ebino Highlands.
Also, if we are open on rainy days, we may restrict vehicle access depending on the situation of the free site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- ・Cooking utensils available for rent are pots and pots. Please bring any other necessary tools.
- ・The only lighting around the campsite is night lights. Please use the lanterns while it is still light out.
- ・Lights around the camp village may be turned off in consideration of astronomical observation.
- ・Electric cooking utensils may not be brought in or used. (Use of electrical outlets in building facilities, etc. is prohibited.)
▼Night program
The organization using the night program should take the following conditions into consideration and discuss it with the staff in charge in advance.
- ・Please finish all programs by 10pm.
- ・Please do not travel alone around the campsite.
- ・Please inform staff in advance if you intend to have a campfire.
- ・Please make sure to clean up the fire after use.
- *Night program is at your own risk and self-management. Please refrain from making unreasonable plans.
[About trash]
- *Currently, as a preventive measure against coronavirus infections, we ask that you take your trash home with you.
- *Please separate your trash and take it to the eco station. Please separate your garbage into the bags specified by Ebino City.
- *Please do not pour leftover food or oil into the kitchen sink.
- *Please separate the removed leftover food as raw garbage before bringing it to the Eco Station.
- *Please note that the following trash must be taken home with you.

- ・Smoking is not allowed inside the facility. Please be considerate of those around you and enjoy your stay.
- ・Please do not bring items that make loud noises.
- ・Please do not bring valuables with you if possible. If something is brought in, please manage it responsibly.
- ・Please be sure to restore the space and equipment you used to their original condition.
- ・If you intentionally damage or lose equipment, you may be asked to pay compensation.
- ・There are no outside lights inside the camp village. Please remember to bring a flashlight.
- ・Please clean the site after removing the tent. In particular, don't forget to check the pegs.
- ・Please do not engage in activities such as peddling, fundraising, or opening a stall without permission from the camp village administrator.
- ・As it is inside a national park, it is prohibited to damage trees or collect plants.
Please do not approach dangerous areas such as broken trees and notify management staff immediately.
[About refusal of use]
Please note that we may refuse your reservation for the campsite in the following cases:
- ・When an act is recognized that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- ・When behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers is observed.
- ・Use by organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, entities equivalent to these, or their members (hereinafter referred to as "antisocial forces").
- ・When the purpose of use is likely to go against the purpose of establishment of "Ebino Kogen Camp Village" as a public facility.
- ・If there was a problem with the content of your previous use (including if you violated the terms and conditions or received a warning from staff).
- ・When the staff determines that it is necessary to cancel the stay due to bad weather, etc. Contact your representative.
